Established in 1912 in Damery; J de Telmont is one of the last family run Champagne houses of the region.
Wine Making:
This Brut Champagne is the result of a gentle marriage of the three Champagne varietals: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. J de Telmont use reserve wines from different years in order to give the Champagne more balance and complexity.
Tasting Notes:
The appearance of this Champagne is clear, gold in colour with a fine, persistently rising mousse. On the nose, there are hints of pear, quince, white fruits and apples. On the palate, there is a suggestion of Muscat and peach, with a well rounded finish.
