Established in 1743, the house of Moet & Chandon has become the definitive symbol of decadence and class. As one of the largest Champagne producers in the world, the company holds a Royal Warrant to supply Queen Elizabeth II. Having won the attention of Napoleon in 1804, Moet has since attracted a devoted fan base of the rich and famous, thus setting it apart from other Champagnes, as an icon for status and quality. This Rose is another triumph of Moet’s as an incredibly expressive and seductive Champagne.
Wine Making:
Moet produces around 26,000,000 bottles of Champagne a year and owns approximately 2,500 acres of the finest vineyards. The grapes of this Champagne are handpicked and de-stemmed. Those that are white are whole bunch pressed while the red grapes are crushed. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel.
