Laurent Perrier Rose Champagne (Multiple)

An outstanding Champagne, notable for its remarkable quality and exceedingly animated bouquet. It is Laurent Perrier’s unique expertise of using the method of ‘saignee’ (the technique of using skin contact), that has made this Champagne world renowned and set itself as the bench mark of Rose Champagne.

Wine Making:
Laurent Perrier select only the finest grapes before scrupulously sorting them before destemming. Here, maceration lasts for a minimum of 48 hours, sometimes taking as long as 72 hours depending on the quality of the harvest. This process aides the extraction of the colour and in turn the improvement of the full aromatic richness of the grape. This wine is left to age for a minimum of four years.

Tasting Notes:
A striking raspberry colour with a graceful, constant bead compliments the delicate scent of fresh red fruits and rose petals. This is combined with the tang of citrus fruits and the smooth sense of vanilla undertones.
