The Boulard family have been producing quality Champagnes since 1792. The skills, experience and secrets to making Champagnes of quality has been handed down through each generation. We honour our ancestors and family heritage by continuing to produce superior quality Champagnes which cannot be found elsewhere.

Wine Making:

VINEYARDS. Our vineyards receive the perfect combination of sun, shade and rain; together with good soil ensures our grapes reach the perfect level of maturity before picking.

VINIFICATION. This term is used for the fermentation of the grapes. This is a key stage and highlights the importance of selecting the grapes at just the right time to make a perfect Champagne.
ASSEMBLY. It is important when making a special champagne you ensure you have the correct mixture of grapes. This process is very delicate and requires an exceptional sense of taste to ensure the combinations are perfect
