Tasting Notes:
A splendidly light cherry centre with a restrained copper glint, enhanced by a stunning necklace of fine and long-lasting bubbles. The wine reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of cassis improved by the freshness and the finesse delivered by the high proportion of Chardonnay. It is vinous and plump, with a very nice balance between the relative strength of the tannins and the delicacy of Chardonnay, leading to a very giving finish.
Grapes: 10% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 51% Chardonnay and 9% still red wine (Pinot Noir from old vines).
